Baking is one of life's true skills. If you can bake a loaf of bread you'll never be hungry and if you can bake a plate of cookies, you'll never be alone.

The morning baking class at The Greek Kitchen is a great way to start the day, add something extra to your kitchen skills and your experience in Greece; everyone at home will be very happy if you're able to bring them a loaf of warm, freshly made bread. It's the perfect souvenir!

During this hands-on interactive class you'll learn the foundation of Greek bread: The horiatiko - a soft white loaf that is a staple on almost every kitchen and restaurant table in the country. Get your lunch ready with a freshly made pie and a batch of cookies and you're ready to head off into the city to find the perfect spot to enjoy your creations - your cook will certainly be able to suggest some places.
