You've come to cook and that's exactly what you'll do in our 4hr, hands-on cooking class with one of our wonderful Greek home cooks.
Starting with a trip to the local food market where you'll learn all about the fantastic produce that we have here in Greece you'll pick up tips on where to buy gifts and eat as well as how to shop like a local (so you won't end up with 20 kilos of olives...) before returning to The Greek Kitchen for your class.
At the end of the lesson you and your fellow cooks will gather at the table to enjoy your meal and have a good chat with your cook.
At the moment we are cooking our delicious summer menu:
Dolmades: Rolled vine leaves stuffed with fragrant rice - add meat if you want to!
Carrot Tzatziki: A fresh twist to a Greek yoghurt dip
Spanakopita: spiral-shaped traditional spinach pies with phyllo pastry
Imam Baildi: baked eggplants stuffed with feta, honey, tomatoes and herbs
Portokalopita: a sweet and sticky orange and phyllo pie
The class includes water and wine and a shot of local liquor.
